Do you sell direct to the public?

Does Lighting Inspirations have a showroom I can visit?

We do not have a showroom, unfortunately, however we can certainly direct you to a retailer in your area.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Retailers should email us at orders@lightinginspirations.com.au with details of the issue, photos (if applicable), and the invoice number. To make a claim for an electrical fixture which has been installed, please also email a copy of the electrician’s certificate of compliance. Consumers should contact the outlet where they made their purchase.

Do you sell spare parts?

Yes, we sell spare glasses for exterior lights, spare chain, spare crystals for chandeliers and everything in between. Looking for something in particular and can’t see it on our website? Please email further details or a picture to orders@lightinginspirations.com.au.

I am a lighting retailer and would like to set up an account. How do I apply?

Please sign up for a distributor account by filling in full details of your business including trading name, ABN, business type and trading locations. Our team will assess this information and respond as soon as possible.
